Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S. from our domestic warehouse. For international wholesale or dropship requests.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged shoes within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

“Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping by issuing a prepaid label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept COD/freight-collect returns. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes. For size exchanges, customers pay the return shipping and we cover the outbound shipping for the replacement. Please contact info@wecoospinshoe.com to obtain an RMA before returning any item.”
